If you only have b) and c) to choose from, I would say b), although it is missing the word "to" at the end. It should read, "Would you like to go to the cinema and have fun together?"
Option c) would have been viable if it read, "Why don't we" instead of "why we don't". Not sure if there's a typo there...
Hope that helps! Please message me if you need further assistance. I'd be happy to help.

Grammatically speaking, I believe both would still work. However, I personally would go for C. It sounds better to my ears. It seems more natural - something a native English speaker would say. "Would you like to" sounds awkward in relation to the "have fun together" part.
