Do every plant cells photosynthesis?

My science teacher shows images of general plant cells, and they all include at least one chloroplasts. Wouldn't they use them if they all had them? I thought the leaves of a plant were the only place photosynthesis in a tree. I am just really confused and would like to have and completely understand the answer.

Not every plant cell contains chloroplasts. The majority of chloroplasts are found in the cells of the leaves; there can also be a small amount in the outer stems of some plants.
