I have struggled with test anxiety my whole life. Allow me to offer some advice. If you have studied and you know that you have studied as much as you can, one of the best things you can do is walk away; close your book and study materials and go to bed. At a certain point, especially when you're nervous, you will stop absorbing anything and will really be wasting your time. You need to be confident in your knowledge and go into the test with a positive attitude. I always prayed before every test I took and asked God to give me peace. Also, sucking on a hard candy or mint can help because it gives your brain something to think about besides your anxiety; I have personally used this strategy and it seemed to work. So recap
1) Know when to stop studying and take a break
2) Go into the test with a positive attitude. (Say it out loud if you have to, but it truly does help. If you tell yourself you cannot do something, you will not be able to do it. Tell yourself: I have studied and I will ace this quiz/test
3) Pray and take a second to BREATHE
4) Chew hard candy or a mint (I would avoid gum because it might get you in trouble)
*Remember that this is only a test and there will be others. You are worth more than whatever you score on the quiz/test/exam
I hope this helps! Good luck and remember IT IS ONLY A TEST. YOU CAN DO IT! Shoot me a message and let me know how it goes ;)
