It seems that something has been added or taken away from the original problem. I don't see how these words and groups of words can be arranged as they are into a correct sentence.
However, I can give you some help, I think. A basic sentence in English will include a Subject, a Verb, and sometimes an Object. In the words above you have 2 verbs: "is" and "influenced". Influenced doesn't look like it would work in this context.
"Delhi's" is in the possessive form, so it needs a noun after it. "Cuisine" works better than "cultures". Also, the word "the" appears twice. So, that would mean you need 3 nouns, but there are only 2.
It looks like we should have "Delhi's cuisine is ..." And this is where the rest doesn't work. So, check the question and try here again. Could it be "Delhi's cuisine is influenced by various cultures."?
