
Why is my client having difficulty hearing and seeing me?
I think there is a tech problem with the platform. The client cannot hear me and I keep exiting and rejoining for it to work and nothing works. Same thing about the camera. The client cant see me but I can see myself on the camera and I can see the microphone moving so I know its working.

My suggestion is along the line with Michelle S"s. Based on my experience, it is likely the device, internet and/or bandwidth that you are attempting to use, as oppose to just the platform. I have both a desktop and a chrome book. I normally use my chrome book for online sessions because I have difficulty on my desktop. I recently moved and I have different modem, etc., so I will be trying my desktop the next time I have an online session.03/25/25
