Student Payment Rate

I have a student who needs to set their rate different than my hourly charge. How would he set his own rate for our sessions?

Your student won't be able to make those adjustments, but you can! If you need to adjust a rate for a specific student, you can send a "Rate Change Request" through your student list on the dashboard, which requires the student's approval if you're raising or lowering the rate.

Hi! I would suggest contacting Wyzant Customer Service and explaining the desired rate situation, if this is still an issue. If your student wanted to work directly with you, and had already accepted your request, but needs a different payrate, I think Customer Service could help resolve this situation and make it a Win/Win for both of you. Things Happen! If they give you "Stars" and/or referrals, since they are satisfied with your help, your flexibility can be a blessing. Hope this helps!
