Hello, I want to know if after finishing the classes the payment is automatic or if I need to do something?

If you are a student, your payment method that is on file will be charged once your tutor has submitted the lesson on the platform.

If you are a tutor, your student's payment method will be charged once you have submitted the lesson through the platform, authorizing Wyzant to process your student's payment.

After you submit each lesson on WyzAnt, the payment will be automatically processed and you will be paid within 5-7 business days. You will see exactly what the payment date on the calendar will be under the Lessons section of your tutor profile after you submit each lesson, one at a time.

Hi Fabricia,

If you have selected a payment method that has been confirmed through Wyzant, such as a bank account or a credit card, then the payment is submitted shortly after the tutor submits the completed lesson. You don't need to do anything.

If your payment method does not work, Wyzant will freeze your account until you upload a valid payment method.
