Oh boy, Khloe, that is a big question! But definitely one that is worth asking yourself.
When it comes to thesis statements, the goal of a thesis is to give a clear overview of your position on a topic, before the rest of the paragraph/essay goes on to explain in further detail why you are making that argument, using evidence to back up your claim or assertion.
So, when it comes to the question, "Are you planning to go to college?" really the first step is asking yourself what you are passionate about in life, and if college will help you get closer to achieving your goals. For some, like myself, the answer was "absolutely!" For others I know, entering the work force after college, or enrolling in a trade school to learn a profession was much more their style.
Your answer either way is neither good nor bad, and college does not have to be the only path forward. All this question is asking is for you to explain the way you feel, and why.
Once you have mulled this over for a bit, you can go ahead and write out a declarative sentence stating your feelings. For example, mine would have looked something like, "I want to go to college to study filmmaking, in order to continue to challenge myself academically and increase my likelihood of being hired in the industry." Yours may look a little different, like, "Instead of going to college, I want to enroll in a beauty school in order to become a licensed esthetician and open my own salon one day."
After the thesis is written, then you can use the rest of the paragraph (presuming they want more than just a thesis) to further explain your reasons why you wish to pursue college, or why you wish to pursue something else instead.
Hope this helps! If you need more guidance, feel free to shoot me a message!
Best,
