Section 1: General Science (GS)

-if you've taken the PSAT or ACT these questions are on the same line. Questions from science classes you took in high school -biology, physical science, earth science, life science etc.

Section 2: Arithmetic Reasoning (AR)

-be prepared to answer a lot of different type of word problems

Section 3: Word Knowledge (WK)

-you will wish you paid a lot of attention in 6th grade when you had root words, suffixes, prefixes, synonyms, antonyms, words in context

Section 4: Paragraph Comprehension (PC)

-the military wants to make sure you have common sense so this section you must score high. The average topics are based on passages -main idea of paragraph or passage, meaning of words in the passage, etc.

Section 5: Mathematics Reasoning (MK)

-the math questions should make up your high school math subjects - algebra, geometry, statistics, probability, trigonometry

Section 6: Electronics Information (EI)

-basic electronic topics

Section 7: Auto and Shop Information (AS)

-this class used to be held in high school. Need to know basic automotive information and basic shop information

Section 8: Mechanical Comprehension (MC)

-a lot of students did not take physics but you will need it for this section

Section 9: Assembling Objects (AC)

-the title of this section is self-explanatory. Remember the nets in Geometry? You had to look and see what shape an object could turn into after it was folded
