A question like this is simply asking us to convert from umoles/L to mg/ml. In this case, it is for copper.
We can just use dimensional analysis as follows:
11 umol/L x 63.55 ug/umol = 699 ug/L x 1 L/1000 ml = 0.70 ug/ml
25 umol/L x 63.55 ug/umol = 1589 ug/L x 1L/1000 ml = 1.60 ug/ml
So, the range would be 0.70 to 1.60 ug/ml
