Need to cancel a session

Hi. We normally have a session on Sundays at 5pm. I checked yesterday (12/23/23) to confirm that there was no session for today (12/24/23) given that it was Christmas eve. This morning (12/24/23) a session appeared for 5pm. I sent the tutor a message to cancel the session, but it is still showing up. How do I cancel this session?
