I asked before and no response - asking again - how to give access to account to schedule tutoring , needs to be verified somehow

I am sharing the account balance ( $600+ ) with Tatum H. - she is an added user but cannot access the account - how do I add her to verify her . she can log in but can't schedule anything as "not verified' reply .
