Jessica, that was an awesome video/answer and I appreciate the time you took to make the video! Indeed, there is a vast amount of data out there. It is unfortunate that HapMap is not functional; I was considering looking at SNP variants at specific loci associated with H3 lysine K4 methylation patterns under diet induced obesity that have maternally inherited mtDNA microsatellite mutations that have been linked to the upregulation of leptin associated adipocyte related genes that are important for intramuscular fat deposition and higher cost/risk factors in white pigs where I was going to compile 3 separate datasets to train the last dataset using a novel vector wrapping weighted method to unmask hidden convoluted neural networks.
