Please help me to understand the interplay of Big Data that has become very popular in the last 10 years and how Programming and algorithm design, especially ML and NLP are being used to understand better how fluctuations in mRNA transcripts across different cell types can help predict progression of Metabolic diseases where a good scientist may be able to develop their own machine learning algorithms.

Jessica, that was an awesome video/answer and I appreciate the time you took to make the video! Indeed, there is a vast amount of data out there. It is unfortunate that HapMap is not functional; I was considering looking at SNP variants at specific loci associated with H3 lysine K4 methylation patterns under diet induced obesity that have maternally inherited mtDNA microsatellite mutations that have been linked to the upregulation of leptin associated adipocyte related genes that are important for intramuscular fat deposition and higher cost/risk factors in white pigs where I was going to compile 3 separate datasets to train the last dataset using a novel vector wrapping weighted method to unmask hidden convoluted neural networks. Another thought- mass aggregation of data in the genetics field of reproduction could also affect mRNA, such as in the topic of "designer babies," or babies whose genetic traits were chosen by parents and "snipped" or copied, then re-interested into the genome.
