I personally wouldn't recommend contracting accuse, as it would make the actual meaning difficult for others to perceive, especially in a written format. Most would not recommend contracting words at all in academic writing, as it makes the composition sound informal.
However, I would first consider whether or not the word in question will be spoken or written. Spoken language tends to be much less formal, because contractions are common. If this type of contraction is normal for the person/character speaking, then whether or not to use it is up to you!
