Hello,

I was wondering how I get my refund back from the first tutor that I just had. I was not happy, i was not able to understand what the tutor was saying, therefore, I didn't learn anything.

Hey Ida, I am sorry to hear that. As a student, I can understand that many times we feel our teachers did not do a good job of explaining the concepts to us and left us more confused than before we came to them. But I would like to know if you voiced your doubts to your tutor. Did you stop him/her during the session to let them know that you did not understand what they were teaching? Since this was your first tutor, I would say that you probably chose a tutor who is new to the Wyzant platform and might be a beginner tutor, so such an occasion is no surprise. Yet, I think it would be nice to reach out to that tutor and explain your situation.
