i’m having problems with unprofessionalism a lot of the tutors on here I send a messages I know that they’re a bit too long but they’re rude and they don’t get back to me and I’m sick and tired of them avoiding me and not wanting to help me with whatever projects that I am presenting to them I have a schedule and everything and nobody in Wyzant has been professional enough to say hey do you know to these tutors and say this guy is contacting you you guys need you help him because he’s a client just like everybody else and I’m getting tired of it. What can I do to get this situation fixed? People are telling these people that and I’m getting tired of being avoided I have a bunch of tutors that are too expensive. They can do it but again they’re too expensive I need better rates on top of that they can teach fusion 360 and blender. What can I do to get this resolved ?

Hello Richard, I am sorry about the disrespect that you have faced from various tutors. Instructors on the Wyzant platform (like myself) are held to expectations for how we should serve and respond to the needs of clients. I have attached a video with more detail, but you can hold these tutors accountable through feedback submissions (which go into their public profile) and outlining any expectations for rate, timeliness, and schedule (such as what you have shared) in job postings. You may contact customer service if problems linger.
The unresponsive conduct you recounted is not acceptable and goes against the standards that Wyzant holds every tutor to observe in its Code of Conduct. However, I hope these routes for action help you in finding supportive tutoring services.
