Not sure how much overlap there even is between these two things but: Moral ambiguity is when an individual is unclear on whether something is moral, as ambiguous means essentially to be unclear(or pulled in both directions.) Construction of reality is the theory that the way you present yourself to other is based on previous interactions with others.
Example or CR: You may present yourself as knowledgeable if you've had multiple interactions with people where the either notably find you knowledgeable or notably don't find you knowledgeable, enough to leave an impact on you.
Example of MA: Hiroshima would be the biggest you could think of. On one hand, it would stop the assault on the US, and on the other hand, a significant number of people would die. In addition to agriculture, economic, and other social casualties.
Example including both: You've had several experiences with green-haired individuals, which has led you to distrust people with green hair. However, your interactions don't make all people with green hair inherently bad. You could easily relate this to race, political divides, gender, etc.
Your two concepts may overlap, but that doesn't inherently make them relatable to each other in every example.
