Are specific video game items (Angel’s Ashes, Hawk-eye Lenses) considered proper nouns, therefore capitalized?

Great question! Proper nouns can be confusing at times. In the situation you are describing, you would not capitalize the second and subsequent words unless the title is a proper noun (such as a name) or is otherwise almost always capitalized. So you would say Angel's ashes. Or Hawk-eye lenses.
