asked • 04/22/23Can't open whiteboard after saving it
In class, when I save the Tutor's writing on the whiteboard and then open it, I can't see anything. Can you pease fix this. If I save it, please fix it so that I can see the white board. The Tutor also says she can't see it when she saves it and opens it.

If you're using a PC, go to the documents folder and look for a PNG document created or modified on the date you are in class. Then narrow it down to the exact time, and double click on the title of that document. That is how I save and revisit all of my saved whiteboards.
On the other hand, if you're using an iPad, you will need advice from an expert from someone who has that specific expertise.

For PC, while the whiteboard is open, you can see a small white icon in the task ribbon at the top of the whiteboard. It says Save and if you click the arrow next to it you'll see a choice for PNG or PDF file types. You must save the file here before exiting the whiteboard. Then you can return to the saved file as needed, in your Documents folder.
