Sentence B is in the active voice. You may notice that in the other three sentences the subject is performing the action, whereas in sentence B the subject is acted upon by the verb. Writing in the active voice is usually more effective, but not always the preferred way. If you want to focus on the doer, use the passive voice. If your main focus is on the action itself, then go for the active voice.

Passive: The town hall was filled by the concerned citizens of the area.

Active: The concerned citizens of the area filled the town hall.

Notice how in the active voice, it shows the subject (the concerned citizens) first, and in the passive voice, it shows the object (the town hall) first.
