This is an example of a weighted average calculation:
If the final exam is the only thing missing from your grade, then we can assume you have achieved a 90% in 80% of the class material. This has a 80% (0.8) weighting, and the final exam itself has a 20% (0.2) weighting, both add up to 100%.
final grade (%) = 90% * (0.8) + 63% * (0.2) = 84.6%
