Just pick any two x values less than -10. For instance, x=-100, x=-99. To think about conceptually, draw a number line starting from -10 in the middle. The left of it is increasing in negativity (-11,-12,-13,etc). The right of it is increasing in positivity (-9,-8,....0,1,2,3,etc).
