Objective: Draft a message that explains what items need to be done.
Now that you’ve responded to your boss’s voicemail (Assignment 1) and delivered an external email communication to the customer (Assignment 2), it’s time to actually fix the problem. For this final assignment, you will concentrate on communicating a plan to resolve the issue by redelivering the missed shipment to the client and refunding the shipping fees.
Review To-Dos
In this section, you will review the to-do items that need to be completed to accomplish the tasks outlined by your boss in her voicemail message.
This week, you’ll begin working on Assignment 3 by reviewing the to-dos that need to be accomplished and drafting a message to your coworkers about them. To get started, take a few minutes to review the list of to-dos below and note which ones you need to communicate to colleagues. You can go back to Week 1 if you’d like to see the full scenario and listen to your boss’s voicemail again.
