The link is not working!!

Hi ,

my niece lives in PA and I reside in CA..So i fixed a session with a teacher ..she set a class for her..and when i sent the link to my niece ..she sais she cant log in..it was asking for to sign up ..she did and she still wasnt able to get in the class..its kind of urgent..I dont how to fix it.

Have your niece log on to the app and open “join lesson.” Rather than use links, have her log directly on. Check camera and microphone settings and network connection. It’s a very user friendly platform. I like it as much as zoom.
