1/2: Based on the minimal information given there aren't any concrete answers without actually interacting with "Jonathan". If we knew what he was doing with the pens pencils and notebooks it would be much more helpful. From what limited information given we can seemingly rule out naturalist intelligence and musical intelligence... though once again, little is given to go on.
Verbal-linguistic intelligence could be a skill of Jonathan since it was stated that he made clear he wanted to participate in school.
Logical-mathematical intelligence is an option if he was using his pen and paper to do math, but no further information was given.
Johnathan could also be showing Existential intelligence due to his interactions or lack there-of with others.
The same goes for Spatial-visual intelligence as we don't know if he was drawing pictures or doing math with this pen and paper.
It does appear that Jonathan has Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence given his well use of the pen and paper/clipboard at an early age.
Interpersonal intelligence is a possibility as Jonathan might feel forced into group activities yet feel he is not wanted there, hence him retreated from them and reading the mood of the group.
Jonathan does appear to be Intrapersonal, as he is touch with his own feelings and honors them in leaving a group he feels he does not want to be a part of.
3: It is obvious that Jonathan does not seem to enjoy group activities though it does not seem that he interacts them negatively, but rather withdraws from them.
4: Jonathan may avoid interaction either because he is on the autistic spectrum or because he has been traumatized in the past which leads him to be untrusting unto others.
5: I would recommend finding children who enjoy similar activities such as drawing/writing and introducing them to Jonathan slowly and in a safe environment so that he can share what he enjoys with them and create a bond.
