"Americans have been bombarded with more bad news in the last few years than most of us have experienced our entire lives..."

Or do I have to say IN our entire lives? Or DURING our entire lives? Or are all 3 correct? Thank you!

I don't want to repeat what Manuel said, because his answer is correct as is. However, I would like to add one thing - if you are speaking as someone outside of the United States, your sentence is perfect. However, if you are speaking as an American, you'd want to start of the sentence with either "We Americans have been..." or "As Americans, we have been..."

Hello Eric,

All three are grammatically correct. I would suggest "IN OUR" for flow and impact. Might suggest another word for "bad" as well. Something like tragic, traumatic, worrying, etc.
