"Andrew's father made him touched" is awkward phrasing and not really a correct use of the word "touched." "He was touched by Andrew's father" is passive voice, plus it implies physical touching rather than emotional. I also find the double possessive "Andrew's father's..." to be awkward.
I would word it more along the lines of, "He was touched by [or "grateful for"] the generosity Andrew's father showed him."
