Hi Tshering! A lot of the "American" Lifestyle hits most of the hard hitting points: processed foods, high salt, high saturated fats, high sugar, high carb.
We also have to consider how much we eat and when. A lot of us are over eaters and rarely receive the proper amount of "raw" food like fruits, vegetables, and high protein meats. We also tend to eat late at night and closer to bed time.
