Tori R.
asked 04/18/22-2x ≤16
Would I divide by negative number I understand to flip the inequality sign. In this case, -2x would be greater than or equal to 16. Is there a way to check my work to verify if I can correct?
Thanks!

Hi Tori,
You would divide both sides of the equation by -2 to get your final answer of: x > -8, since 16/-2 = -8. And yes, you do flip the inequality sign since you are dividing by a negative number. :)
