Math, microeconomics or criminal justice
(x^3)^n times y^-n times x^y
where x=-8 y=2, n=-1
plug the values into the given (x^3)^n)(y^-n)(x^y) to get
(-8^3)^-1 times y times -8^2
1/-8^3 times y times (-8)^2
= 1/(-8)^3 x 2^(-(-1)) x (-8)^2
= -(1/64(8)) x 2 x 64
= -1/4
=-0.25
