Here are a few lines from that scene:
Come, thick night,
And pall thee in the dunnest smoke of hell,
That my keen knife see not the wound it makes,
Nor heaven peep through the blanket of the dark
To cry 'Hold, hold.'
Seems like smoke and darkness is the answer you're looking for. Lady Macbeth is hoping that they will cover up any feelings of remorse or hesitation she has.
