So “nobodies” is the plural of nobody which is singular. Here though, we have “Nobody’s” which is either the possessive of nobody, or a contraction of “nobody has” or “nobody is.” Here, the sentence follows with a past tense verb “disagreed.” Thus, the meaning of “nobody’s” here is “Nobody has.”
As such, we are third person plural and past tense and thus “Have they.”
I wouldn’t write this sentence this way. It’s awkward. Some possible alternatives:
”Has anyone disagreed to stay?” Still not great, but better
”Have they all agreed to stay?” Better better.
The primary problem here is that you essentially have a double negative pairing “nobody’s” and “disagreed.” Generally, if the grammar of a sentence is difficult to parse it’s probably a poorly designed sentence.
