The answer is D. Why? Think about where the genetic material is found in Pro vs Eukaryotes. Then notice A-C all involve membrane bound organelles, which are found in only Eukaryotes, except a. which both Eu and Prokaryotes use ribosomes to make proteins. So the nucleoid region is only found in the cytoplasm of prokaryotes, which do not have a membrane bound nucleus. Let me know if this reasoning does not make sense.
