At the beginning of the semester, I decided get with histology. Kevin is very patient and explains complex concepts in easy to understand terms. After our sessions, I always felt very prepared for my exams and I got an A in graduate level course. Kevin is an awesome tutor for any biology related courses!

Knowledgable and a Great Explainer
Kevin helped me prepare for my exam on Hormones and the Nervous System. He took the time to go through the presentation I sent him beforehand and came to each lesson prepared with his own knowledge as well as knowledge from the slides. He took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. He was also extremely flexible with timing. Overall, he was a great tutor!

Kevin and I went over material for my first test in Physiology for grad school. He went out of his way to look over my powerpoints and notes prior to our session as well as discussing what my goals for tutoring were. In addition, he provided his own personal classroom material in order to make sure I completely comprehended these complex and foundational concepts. I came out of the session feeling 100x more confident in the material and will be setting many more appointments with him!

Best Tutor ever Pathophysiology
I am taking Nursing Pathophysiology. I was doing very poorly on my exams and quizzes. Last few quizzes have been horrific and I needed help desperately. For the first time in the past 6 weeks of taking quizzes almost everyday I got 100% on my quiz today. I could have never done it without the accountability I needed to Kevin. Thank you Kevin so so much!!!

Very prepared and student needs-centered
Kevin helped prepare me for an exam on GI and renal pathophysiology. I had let him know I was especially weak in the areas of hormones, transport mechanisms, and selective membrane permeabilities given changing body conditions, and he thoroughly reviewed my book before our sessions as well as provided his own images to help better expound on difficult subjects. He was flexible with my schedule, extremely clear and concise with an explanation for every question I could come up with as well as graphics, flow charts, and illustrations that complemented my reading material. Highly recommend, especially for matters of physiology and histology!
