Let me see if I can explain the question with a similar exercise.
No and not are both negatives, but they serve different functions.
We use no before a noun phrase ( There are no cookies. No trains leave after 5 pm. )
We also use no when responding to a Yes or No question. ( Do you walk to school? No, I take the bus. or simply - No.
We use not before other phrases or clauses ( It's usually sunny, but not today.)
We also use not when we're negating "to be". (Are you happy? I am not happy. Is it good? It isn't.
Sometimes we use them together following these rules, as within a yes/no question with a non-noun phrase.
For example- Did you see The Avengers? No, I did not. Do you eat ice cream for breakfast? No, I do not.
Remember, we can also use not in contractions like isn't ( is not) don't ( do not), etc.

You are talking about asking negative questions in the present tense.
Instead of the Do you eat pizza? We can ask: Do you not eat pizza? or with the contractions, Don't you eat pizza?
We can extend this to all of the pronouns
Do we not eat pizza? Don't we eat pizza?
Do they not eat pizza? Don't they eat pizza?
Does she not eat pizza? Doesn't she eat pizza?
Remember, you only need to conjugate the auxiliary verb do/does, and not "eat".
We add one more step for a reflexive verb like drive oneself. We need to make sure our pronouns agree. Let's use dress oneself.
Do I not dress myself? Don't I dress myself?
Do mom and dad not dress themselves? Don't mom and dad dress themselves?
Does she not dress herself? Doesn't she dress herself?
Does the cat not dress itself? Doesn't the cat dress itself?
I hope this helps you understand how to apply what you know to your assignment!
