Just use the drag force equation:
Where Cd is the drag coefficient which the problem lists as "D" (Cd = 0.95)
A = 1.60 x 10-2
ρ = 1.20 kg/m3
v = 30.0 m/s so
Fd (the force of drag, aka drag force) is:
Fd = (1/2)(0.95)(1.60 x 10-2)(1.20)(30.0)2
Notice that the units will be (m2)(kg/m3)(m2/s2) = kg•m/s2 = N
