Hi Micaela! I think that you mean by " the new delivery of education" as the "new normal of education" yes? So my challenges have been minimal since I have been working online for many years. However, I have talked to my educator friends, and they have really struggled with this "new normal." I think that the hardest part seemed to be with the curriculum itself. It is easier to work one on one with anyone than it is to work with a group. But if you are used to working only in groups, then it leaves you vulnerable when you are online. Do you see what I mean?
