I need help solving with jules. Please and thank you!

40g of water is placed in a calorimeter at an initial temperature of 20.2˚C. After the addition of a sample of warm metal, the final temperature of the water is 23.6˚C. How much heat did the water absorb from the metal sample? (The specific heat of water is 4.184 J/(˚C*kg)

 

Answer in Joules to 1 decimal place.
