I need help solving this question. Please and thank you!

A 12g sample of hot metal is placed in a calorimeter with a known mass of water. It is determined that the metal releases -50J of heat in the process. The change in temperature of the metal (∆T) is -6.53˚C. What is the specific heat of the metal?
