The correct answer is 6. The Interquartile Range is the difference when you take the Third Quartile and subtract the First Quartile. When looking at a box-and-whisker plot like above this is the second and fourth dots from right to left. You can also think of it as the difference inside the box. Q3 in this case is 13 and Q1 is 7. 13-7=6 which is where we get the answer.
