English doubt about future

Hi guys I have this English question about this phrase:

If you want to talk to him, he's staying to Major Hotel for 3 days.

It's correct or not, I think that in this case use the first conditional is wrong

If you want to talk to, he's staying ( at or in) the Major Hotel for three days.

Or... He is staying (at or in) the Major Hotel for the next three days, if you want to talk to him.
