asked 04/30/21Context Inequality
London is working two summer jobs, making $7 per hour babysitting and making $13 per hour landscaping. In a given week, she can work no more than 14 total hours and must earn at least $130. Also, she must work at least 2 hours babysitting and no less than 8 hours landscaping. If x represents the number of hours babysitting and y represents the number of hours landscaping, write and solve a system of inequalities graphically and determine one possible solution.

Well
x>= 2
y >= 8
x+y <= 14
7x + 13y >= 130
So draw the lines x=2, y=8, x+y=14. On Desmos say. These will enclose an area.
Then draw the line 7x + 14y = 130.
To find one possible solution, choose a point in the area or on the perimeter of the area that is on this line or above this line.
