Please help, Probability Q

1.Tomorrow's chances of getting a lot of snow are 0.2 (Probability). There is a 75% chance that Kate will be late for school if it snows. If it does not snow, there is a 35 percent chance that she will be late.

Calculate the likelihood of Kate being late for school tomorrow.

Is 43% the answer?

Whoa! I interpret what you have written is that Kate will be LESS likely to be late if it snows. .75 times more likely means less likely, right?
