Probability Word Problem - NON-ME & ME

  1. For a particular species of cat, the odds against a kitten being born with either blue eyes or white spots are 3:1. If the probability of a kitten exhibiting only one of these traits is equal and the probability of exhibiting both traits is 10%, what are the odds in favour of a kitten having blue eyes?

This question involves mutually exclusive and non-mutually exclusive event, but I'm just really unsure of how to start the question/what to do, if someone can possibly explain step-by-step through the answer, that would be very helpful, thank you.
