This seems to be focused on rhetorical appeals, and it looks to be some kind of homework assignment by a teacher perhaps? The example with a citation is going to be a direct citation from the act with a scene and line number. Usually this is in Roman numerals; however, use whatever format your teacher wants. It depends on the teacher, but there are four rhetorical appeals including Ethos, Pathos, Logos, and Kairos. Many teachers do not teach the fourth appeal for some reason. Types of evidence might include fact, statistic, example, expert opinion, or scenarios. The next box is asking you for the claim that the speaker is making to the audience that they are speaking to. This will really depend on the lines and sections you are discussing. If you understand the play, Cassius, Antony, and Marcellus will almost always make the same claims. However, Brutus changes throughout the play. Lastly the graphic is just asking whether or not the claim is effective. In general effectiveness depends on the reaction of the audience to the speaker. Are they inclined to believe the speaker? Hope this helps you see how to complete this project.
