cost per ounce is found by dividing the cost by the number of ounces
1.28/8 = 16 cents per ounce
2.12/32 = about 7 cents per ounce
4.53/36 = about 12 1/2 cents per ounce
6.78/128 = a little over 5 cent per ounce
the gallon (128 ounce) purchase is the best deal, assuming you plan on drinking it all before he goes bad or spoils. It's only about 5 cents per ounce.
the quart purchase though is close, just 7 cents and if it would keep the orange juice fresher, if it's not inconvenient to buy more later. But if it's inconvenient, then the "best" deal is the gallon size.
