B) to your solicitor explaining what has happened and asking for advice.

C) to a friend explaining what has happened.

In my opinion, try to feel that frustration and the emotion of the situation and go from there. Talk to these three people, just get it down on paper. From there, most of the work will be in the rewriting. Reread what you wrote and see if it makes sense. If you need a further breakdown:

1. Start from the beginning
2. Tell them what happened
3. Tell them how it made you feel (if necessary)
4. Ask them for help
