 "White Privilege" has been diminishing through time; population is more ethnically and cultural, and financially diverse then before and it will keep increasing; thus narrowing racial and other aspects of society. Mandela is a dramatic example of the above, the word is getting smaller and niches of privilege are shrinking; on the other hand there still exists an unconscious bias that will need time to subside.
