Macbeth is full of internal (character v. self) and external (character v character, society, technology, nature) conflict. This question is too wide in scope to answer thoroughly here since the answer depends on the specific character you have chosen and what act/scene you are analyzing. For example, Macbeth has internal conflict throughout the play. What his inner struggle is, however, changes from beginning to end. The titular character also has conflict with other characters in the play, but the who and why depend on the act/ scene.
