From reading this passage, we infer the following:

Sadako and her family survive the bombing of Hiroshima, but a few years later she becomes ill. It is then determined that she has the bomb disease, radiation poisoning. The true story, published by Eleanor Coerr, recounts Sadako’s days in the hospital where she folds paper cranes as she fights the deadly disease of leukemia. She comes close to her goal of folding one thousand. Upon her death, Sadako’s classmates fold the rest to total one thousand.

From reading this passage, we infer the following:
Question 4 options:

1) Sadako’s parents are bitter

2) Sadako’s parents are dead

3) Sadako believed she could fight the disease if she folded one thousand paper cranes.

4) Sadako lived until the last paper crane was folded.
